Shopping online at National Purifier is safe! At National Purifier, we are committed to providing you a secure online shopping experience. We are giving below a few things we have put in place, to make you feel comfortable and secure while shopping online.

On-time Delivery Across India

We hand over your orders to our shipping partners within a few hours such that you receive them within 7 working days.
In case the products you have ordered are not in stock, it will take an additional 3 days to ship out your order which you will receive within the next 7 business days.
Please note that products, where customization has been requested, will take at least 3 days to be shipped out. Once shipped out, you will be able to track it the same way as any other product.

Easy Tracking of Every Order

Once your order has been placed you will receive a notification with the tracking details at your registered mobile number and email address. You can start tracking your product as soon as it is shipped out to you. A soft copy of the invoice is generated at the time you place your order. Moreover, every shipment is delivered with a detailed invoice hardcopy. You will find the complete breakdown of the charges along with the invoice number.

Shipping Charges

Currently, National Purifier takes orders and delivers them across India. National Purifier does not charge any shipping fees. Every order you place will be delivered to the given address without any charges.

Delays or Damages in Shipping

National Purifier strives to make deliveries on time. Any delay in delivery due to external factors (weather, social disruptions, and others) will be notified to you on your registered email ID or phone number. Every product shipped is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. However, if you do feel that the shipment has been tampered with or damaged in transit then please do not take the delivery. Contact our customer care representative immediately to notify us of the same.
